It is really a new way to use our old CSS - when all the platforms are looking for more liquid design.It is a really good approach towards a new structural behavior of DOM and also less stress on request.Though we are working with high-speed internet - still for the large scale audience from the country like India,China or Mexico - people are still using those old fashioned low speed connection due to socio-economic condition.
